WINTER SOLSTICE
The Winter solstice marks the longest night and the shortest day of the year when the old cycle completes and the spark of a new one is conceived.
In ancient practices, the Winter Solstice marked the beginning of a new cycle represented by the return of the light, or the sun as the days started to gradually lengthen, hence ceremonies traditionally include candles, fire or light.
This was seen as an invitation to reflect, release and to set new intentions aligned with Earth’s natural cycles.
On this shortest day of the year, step out of the chaos and come to enjoy some stillness and connection to your inner light .
Nina will guide you into a beautiful relaxation, anchoring into your pool of inner light inviting you to set intentions for what you wish to transform. This will create a nourishing space which will seamlessly flow into the vibration of the gongs and the sounds of singing bowls, crystal harp (and many others) played by Sam for a deep and restorative experience
SUNDAY 21ST DECEMBER 2025 4.00 - 6.00PM
Some light refreshments will be provided afterwards so you can head home feeling lighter & revitalised.
