Relax & Restore — Sound Baths for Stress Relief, Emotional Balance & Inner Calm
Every cell in the body vibrates at its own resonance. Stress, held emotions/trauma lower our frequency & over time cause fatigue & ill health without an obvious causation.
A sound bath uses specific tones which calm your nervous system. Hence people generally leave a Sound Bath feeling rested & rebalanced.
Choose from 45-minute daytime sound baths for a quick reset, or longer Friday evening and Sunday afternoon sessions for deeper rest.
You can also join my longer 2 hour collaborations which include Yoga Nidra or guided meditation to further deepen into relaxation & receiving the restorative benefits of the sounds.

In ancient practices, the Winter Solstice marked the beginning of a new cycle represented by the return of the light, or the sun as the days started to gradually lengthen, hence ceremonies traditionally include candles, fire or light.
This was seen as an invitation to reflect, release and to set new intentions aligned with Earth’s natural cycles.

I live in Stamford so travel to you would need to be factored in but I am open to discussion to cater for your needs in your workplace, school, retreat or festival as a one-off or on a more regular basis.

Wear comfortable, warm clothing — your body temperature can drop slightly as you relax. You may want to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or eye mask to help you feel cosy and supported. I also advise you bring a water bottle for your use during or after the Sound Bath. (NB. If you are attending my seated sessions in Stamford you do not need to bring anything other than a water bottle)

Absolutely. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or wear a hearing aid, it is wise to make me aware of this before the session so that I can ensure you are comfortable. If you have any serious concerns however, please do discuss them with your health provider before attending your first session.

Full payment is taken through the booking system once you have secured a time/date that suits you. If you need to change it, you can do so using the same system up to 48 hours before your appointment. Should you need to change it after that, please contact me directly using the details on the “Contact” page but please note that cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to being charged the full price.
